1. Cancellation is applicable if the order is still not secured. But once the items are already secured, there is no cancellation. if you want to cancel a secured order, the cancellation fee would be 60% of your claimed item price.
  2. Your order is only official when you check out in the website not unless your order is onhand.
  3. Late payment fee will be added after 1 week recieving the arrval notice. 20 per day will be charge as a late payment fee
  4. The seller will not be held liable for any damages or lost done by courier because it's beyond sellers control.
  5. No unboxing video. No refund.
  6. Impatient buyers will be automatically cancel their order. Please lets not stress each other.
  7. Inactive buyers within their ship out schedule will be able to claim their item/s [ paid or not paid ] for 30days. When past the stated duration, seller have a authority to put the item/s in sale or dispose; as the seller has a limited space for unclaim items.
  8. Full refund will be given if the items you receive are damaged due to poor packaging.
  9. If the seller sends the wrong items, they will be held responsible for all the fees that the buyer spends and shipping the items free of fees.

  11. The seller will not tolerate rude buyer. The seller have the full authority to cancel the order if the buyer is proven as a rude [ no respect to the seller; saying insulting words; expressing anger; ignorance behaviour and other negative behaviour that cause negative effect to the seller ] the buyer will receive 20% of the item price as a refund.
  12. As a buyer, you have the authority to cancel your order if the delivery time is past the given eta by the seller, and 100% of the item price paid should be refunded. BUT its not applicable when the seller is continuously updating the status and declaring that delays will happened.
